Like SE8aa and SE10aa, this block is a large, thin rectangular panel. Its shape suggests that the block is re-used, possibly derived from the nearby Civil Basilica.
One column drum carved from Aphrodisian blue marble is re-erected where there probably would have been three total drums originally. This drum is unfluted and features a dowel hole on its upper surface measuring 5 x 5 cm.
