Like SE9aa and SE10aa, this block is a large, thin rectangular panel. Its shape suggests that the block is re-used, possibly derived from the nearby Civil Basilica.
Partially fluted; composed of three drums all carved from Aphrodisian blue marble. The second drum is partially fluted, with fillets that end in a pi-shaped moulding. 0.46 m up the third drum are small cuttings, probably for hanging garland or other fittings.
Abacus undecorated. Three-unit godrons taillés, or ovular channels, and two darts across echinus; each godron bordered by a thin, moulded band. Within the two void spaces below where the godrons meet are two small, upward pointing darts. Uneven band of beading below, carved in shallow sunken relief…
