Like SE8aa and SE9aa, this block is a large, thin rectangular panel. Its shape suggests that the block is re-used, possibly derived from the nearby Civil Basilica.
Partially fluted; composed of three drums. The second drum is partially fluted, with fillets that end in a U-shaped moulding. Though too high to measure, on the third drum there are small cuttings, probably for hanging garland or other fittings.

Abacus undecorated. Egg pattern across each echinus, delineated by thick cushion moulding consisting of three eggs on either side, similar to SE11c. No differentiation between the echinus and the neck. Volutes turn three times. Bolster and balteus roughed out, but otherwise unfinished.
