Description

Partially fluted; composed of four drums carved from Aphrodisian blue marble. The second drum is partially fluted, with fillets that are very unevenly spaced and end in a pi-shaped moulding. 0.81 m up the third drum are small cuttings, probably for hanging garland or other fittings.

The column is reconstructed in the South Stoa, although the reliability of reconstruction is not confirmed.
